I am inspired by the beauty of an object and the magic of the design when more than one object is grouped together, cohesively bringing new life into the castaways of our industry, culture and personal lives. I work with each piece with great care and determination until I feel that it is once again a complete subject of importance.

Growing up in wide open spaces with few distractions gave me the opportunity to create beautiful as well as purposeful things from early on. My love of “finding” something ordinary and turning it into something interesting and lasting has found its way into many paths of my life. My art expresses the beauty one can find in the “simplicity” of one item by grouping together with many. I follow my instincts in and through my work in my mediums of steel, stone and kiln formed glass.
